Website terms and service terms
These terms cover the website only. If you hire Locusolve, your project or plan is governed by your service agreement and our Master Service Terms, not by this page. If anything here conflicts with an agreement you have with us, the agreement applies.

What you send us
When you send us an enquiry, book a call or share material with us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either of us. That starts only when we both accept a proposal or agreement.

No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Locusolve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
